The Frank & Seder Building is a six-storey Chicago School high-rise completed in 1891 on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit. Standing 135 feet tall, it was the tallest structure in Michigan at the time of its completion. The building's upper facade is cast iron, reputedly the last such facade constructed in Detroit. In 1921, a larger addition was built directly to its south, and the structure was later converted into residential lofts.
