Greystone Miami Beach is an Art Deco hotel designed by Henry Hohauser and completed in 1939 in Miami Beach, Florida. Located on the corner of Collins Avenue and 19th Street within the city's celebrated Art Deco district, the hotel exemplifies the Streamline Moderne aesthetic that Hohauser helped define throughout the region. The almost-square facade is divided into three sections, with the central portion ornamented by vertical stripes and a stepped, three-stage parapet. Distinctive round windows etched with tropical scenes mark the main entrance, while flanking sections feature "tattersall check" patterned bands between curved ribbon windows, complemented by flagstaffs and incised squares in the stucco. Recognized as a contributing property to the Miami Beach Architectural District on the National Register of Historic Places since 1979, the building underwent renovation and reopened as Hotel Greystone in September 2021, maintaining its status as an architectural gem of Miami Beach's historic fabric.
