Hammeren Lighthouse, built in 1872, stands on the Hammeren peninsula at the northwestern tip of the Danish island of Bornholm. Constructed of stone and rising 21 meters high, this lighthouse has guided maritime traffic along one of the North Sea's strategic coastal approaches for over a century and a half.
