Holy Trinity Church in Juneau, Alaska, is an Episcopal congregation established in 1895 that occupied a Carpenter Gothic structure designed by architect George E. James and built by Foss and Olsen in 1896. The original building, which was raised to accommodate a basement addition before 1914 and served as the pro-cathedral of the Episcopal Diocese of Alaska from 1918 to 1944, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. The historic structure burned on March 12, 2006, and was replaced by a new building completed in 2009. A parish hall constructed in 1956 did not replicate the original church's Carpenter Gothic style.
