The Hotchkissville Historic District in Woodbury, Connecticut, encompasses the historic village of Hotchkissville, centered at the junction of Washington and Weekeepeemee roads. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995, the district preserves a significantly rural settlement that evolved from an 18th- and 19th-century agricultural community into an industrial center, particularly for textile manufacturing. Despite its industrial development, the village retained its rural character and architectural diversity, featuring buildings in Greek Revival and Renaissance Revival styles that represent a broad cross-section of period architecture.
