A pair of conjoined Victorian commercial buildings at the intersection of Elm and Orange Streets in downtown New Haven, Connecticut, the Imperial Granum-Joseph Parker Buildings (historically called the Del Monico Building) date to 1875 and 1877. Among the finest examples of their era in the city, one of the structures retains one of New Haven's rare surviving cast iron facades—a hallmark of late nineteenth-century commercial architecture. The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
