The J. A. Fritsch Block is a three-story office building in Salt Lake City completed in 1890 for the Fritsch Investment Company, founded by German immigrant Francis Fritsch and his son John. Designed by the architectural firm Carroll & Kern in the Richardsonian Romanesque style, the building originally housed hotel rooms on its upper floors, first operating as the Worth Hotel and later as the Granite Hotel. The structure was purchased by Lorus Manwaring, Sr., a bicycle store proprietor, in 1931–1932. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1976.
