Jeddah Tower is a megatall neo-futurist skyscraper currently under construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, designed by architect Adrian Smith. Located in the north of the city as the centrepiece of the Jeddah Economic City project, it is planned to reach 1 kilometre (3,300 feet) in height, making it the first building to achieve this milestone and, upon completion, the world's tallest structure—at least 180 metres taller than the Burj Khalifa. As of July 2026, construction has progressed beyond the 106th floor.
