Dubai Towers Doha is a stalled 90-story supertall skyscraper in the West Bay district of Doha, Qatar, designed by the architectural firm RMJM in a high-tech style. With a roof height of 400 meters and spire height of 437 meters, it would have been Qatar's tallest building upon completion. The mixed-use tower, developed by Sama Dubai (formerly Dubai International Properties), was planned to include a five-star hotel, office space, luxury apartments, and penthouses, alongside a substantial retail area, at an estimated cost of 2.3 billion Qatari Riyal. The project faced severe delays following the 2008 financial crisis and legal troubles at the developer; by May 2010, only 29 of the planned 84 stories had been constructed. As of 2025, the partially built structure remains visible on Doha's skyline, with minimal progress in recent years.
