Jenisch House is a neoclassical country house in the Othmarschen quarter of Hamburg, designed by Franz Gustav Joachim Forsmann and Karl Friedrich Schinkel and completed in 1834. Built as an exemplar of Hanseatic lifestyle and taste, the house now serves as a museum, housing the Museum für Kunst und Kultur an der Elbe since 2008. Set within the expansive Jenisch park, the building stands as a heritage monument that reflects the refined aesthetic principles of 19th-century neoclassicism.
