The Joseph Pulitzer House, a mansion at 7–11 East 73rd Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side, was designed by the prominent firm McKim, Mead & White and completed in 1903. Built for newspaper magnate Joseph Pulitzer, the residence served as his family home from 1904 until his death in 1911, remaining in family hands through 1934. The building survived proposed demolition in both 1930 and 1952, only to be converted into fourteen cooperative apartments in 1957, transforming the grand mansion into residential units.
