The Katherine Emery Estate, located at 1155 Oak Grove Avenue in San Marino, California, is a Tudor Revival house completed in 1928 for prominent California resident Katherine Sinclair Emery. Designed by Southern California architect Myron Hunt, the residence exemplifies the style through multiple gable ends and dormers with carved bargeboards and half-timbering, stucco walls, groups of casement windows, and a steep roof. The interior showcases a Tudor great hall with a staircase, tracery windows, and oak woodwork. The surrounding gardens were designed by landscape architects Florence Yoch and Lucile Council and feature terraces with stone balustrades. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011, the property was acquired by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in 2018 while remaining a private residence.
