The Owen Estate, located at 3901 S. Gilpin Street in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, is a Tudor Revival mansion built in the early 1920s on five acres of landscaped grounds. The property is a comprehensive estate ensemble that extends beyond the main residence to include a complex gatehouse (consisting of a gardener's shed and tank house connected by a brick entry arch to an adjacent water tower), a substantial chicken house, and a coal shed. The grounds are predominantly bordered by a wood fence constructed of massive timbers, with a brick wall running along a portion of Gilpin Street. The estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
