Kirants Monastery is a 13th-century Armenian monastery located approximately 10 kilometers southwest of Kirants village in Tavush Province, Armenia. Built around 1300 in the traditional Armenian architectural style, the monastery was most likely founded by the Zakarid ruler Avag Zakarian, who followed the Chalcedonian faith. The site is distinguished by its frescoes dating to the 1230s–1240s. The monastery has become the subject of ecclesiastical dispute, with the Georgian Orthodox Church asserting a claim that the Armenian Apostolic Church rejects, reflecting the region's complex religious and cultural history.
