Located at 16 Little Park Street in central Coventry, Kirby House is a Georgian townhouse completed in 1735 and built by local craftsman Richard Bird. One of only three surviving Georgian buildings in Coventry's city centre, it takes its name from Thomas Hulston Kirby, a solicitor and clerk to the county's magistrates, who acquired the property in 1874. The Grade II* listed building remains a rare example of eighteenth-century domestic architecture in the city.
