Lake Biwa Otsu Prince Hotel is a hotel designed by the renowned architect Kenzō Tange and completed in 1989 in Otsu, Japan, overlooking Lake Biwa. Built by the Kajima Corporation, the hotel represents Tange's work during the late 1980s, a period of significant architectural activity in Japan. The building exemplifies the modernist sensibilities that characterized much of Tange's later practice.
