The Lancaster and Waumbek Apartments were twin Tudor Revival apartment buildings constructed in 1904 on East Palmer Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Located at addresses 227–29 and 237–39, these modest structures exemplified early twentieth-century residential design before their demolition in November 2005. The buildings were recognized for their architectural significance when listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
