Located on the east side of Davenport, Iowa, the Warner Apartment Building was a three-story brick structure built in 1900 by Dr. Fay L. Warner, a dentist who resided there until 1908. Designed in Tudor Revival style with picturesque Victorian-era features, the building showcased a distinctive façade articulated by five full-height octagonal bays and embellished with round arch entrances below ogee-arched moldings, flat and projecting string courses, and a deep corbelled cornice frieze at the roofline. Set on a raised lot with a low stone retaining wall, it was among Davenport's most distinguished apartment blocks. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 but has since been demolished.
