The LaPorte County Courthouse in La Porte, Indiana, is a Richardsonian Romanesque structure designed by Brentwood S. Tolan and constructed between 1892 and 1894. Built from Lake Superior Red Sandstone, the courthouse features a distinctive tower topped with a skylight, ornamental gargoyles, and stained glass details. It replaced two earlier courthouses on the same site, dating to 1833 and 1847–1848 respectively. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and anchors the Downtown LaPorte Historic District. A historical marker commemorating the courthouse was installed in 2001 by the Indiana Historical Bureau, LaPorte County Board of Commissioners, and LaPorte County Historical Society.
