Built around 1910 by local builder Lars Petterson, the Lars Petterson-James Reidy Three-Decker is a historic multifamily residence in Worcester, Massachusetts, exemplifying Colonial Revival architecture adapted to the early twentieth-century triple-decker typology. The house originally featured characteristic Colonial Revival detailing including square posts supporting its porches and a modillioned cornice, though some of these ornamental elements have been obscured or removed through later exterior alterations. Petterson, who developed several other properties in Worcester, left in this building a notable example of how Colonial Revival principles were applied to working-class housing stock during the era. The structure was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
