The Latham-Baker House is a Prairie School style residence built in 1913 in Greensboro, North Carolina, exemplifying the movement's characteristic horizontal lines and organic integration with its setting. The two-story dwelling features a low-pitched hip roof with broad, projecting eaves and green terra cotta tile, hallmarks of early-twentieth-century Prairie design. An addition dating to around 1916 expanded the original structure, while a contributing carriage house, later adapted as a three-car garage, remains on the property. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, the house is situated within the Fisher Park Historic District.
