The William Park House, built in 1913 in Sprague, Connecticut, is a notable example of American Foursquare design enriched with Craftsman and Bungalow features. Constructed for William Park, owner of the Angus Park Woolen Company—a significant local industrial enterprise—the residence at 330 Main Street reflects the prosperity and architectural tastes of early twentieth-century Connecticut. Its Prairie School aesthetic, characteristic of the era, demonstrates the influence of progressive design movements on domestic architecture in New England. The house was recognized for its historical importance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.
