The Lavender House, also known as the Hermann V. von Holst House, is a Mission Revival residence in Boca Raton, Florida, located at 875 Alamanda Street. Designed by von Holst, a distinguished Chicago Prairie School architect who relocated to Florida, the house was part of the "Floresta" neighborhood development. Though Addison Mizner served as general contractor and initial developer, von Holst provided the architectural plans and eventually assumed chief responsibility for the neighborhood's success after Mizner defaulted on contractor payments. The home was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 24, 1995.
