The Williams House, a two-story Mediterranean Revival residence in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, dates to circa 1926 and exemplifies the architectural preferences of Florida's early twentieth-century building boom. Constructed of concrete block faced with smooth stucco, the house features decorative cast-concrete details including roof brackets, gable vents, and cartouches. Its irregular footprint and asymmetrical façade contribute to the picturesque character typical of the Mediterranean Revival style. Located at 119 Rose Drive on a modest 3,212-square-foot property, the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 28, 2005.
