Le Vega Clements House in Owensboro, Kentucky, stands as one of the finest examples of Queen Anne domestic architecture in the city. Built in 1894 by Sylvester Monarch and originally called Highlands, this two-story brick residence features a distinctive projecting three-story hexagonal tower. The double-pile structure occupies an entire block at 1500 North Highland Avenue, commanding a prominent hilltop position with views overlooking the Ohio River. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, the house exemplifies the ornamental complexity and spatial drama characteristic of Queen Anne design.
