The Lisbon Synagogue, formally Synagogue Shaaré Tikvah ("Gates of Hope"), stands at 59 Rua Alexandre Herculano in the Santo António parish of Lisbon. Completed in 1904, the building exemplifies a hybrid approach to late nineteenth-century religious architecture, blending Romanesque Revival and Byzantine Revival styles. Today recognized as an Immovable Cultural Heritage of Public Interest, it serves as both an active Jewish congregation space and a testament to Lisbon's architectural heritage.
