The Lord & Burnham Building, located at the corner of Main and Astor Streets in Irvington, New York, is a brick structure in the Queen Anne style erected in the 1880s. Originally destroyed by fire, it was rebuilt to house Lord's Horticultural Works, a manufacturer of boilers and conservatories that had established itself in Irvington from 1870 onward to serve the owners of Hudson Valley estates. Operating as Lord & Burnham until 1988, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 and designated a contributing property to the Irvington Historic District in 2014. Today it serves as a mixed-use structure containing condominium apartments and the village's public library.
