The Waterloo Library and Historical Society is a historic Queen Anne style library building located in Waterloo, Seneca County, New York, constructed in 1883. This brick-sheathed, two-story frame structure features a complex composition of a main block with a three-story projecting pavilion and a one-story intersecting gable wing. Its Victorian character is expressed through steeply pitched and intersecting gable roofs, stone elements including lintels, belt courses, sills, and chimney details, and distinctive terra cotta wall surfaces and ridge blocks. The building's second story contains a small theater, reflecting its dual purpose as both library and community gathering space. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
