The Maltz Performing Arts Center is a 1,200-seat performance and religious venue located at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, housed within the Temple–Tifereth Israel synagogue building. Built in 1950 and designed by architect Charles R. Greco in Byzantine Revival style, the structure originally served as a Reform Jewish synagogue known as the Silver Sanctuary. Now converted to dual use, it functions as the primary performance space for the university's music department while Silver Hall within the complex remains in use by the local Jewish congregation for annual religious observances. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
