Marina 1 is a cluster of six residential high-rise towers in Dubai Marina, designed by HOK and completed in 2003. As the first phase of development in Dubai Marina, these postmodern high-tech structures have become emblematic of the district itself. The complex contains 1,100 residential units that sold out shortly after their 2002 launch, establishing the architectural and commercial foundation for what would become one of Dubai's most recognizable waterfront developments.
