Ocean Heights is a 310-meter supertall residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, completed in 2010 and designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas in high-tech architectural style. The 83-floor tower features distinctive curves and a twisting motion that increases as it rises, distinguishing it as the final iteration of DAMAC Properties' vision for the site—earlier proposals called for just 38 and 50 floors respectively. Housing over 519 condominiums along Al Sufouh Road, the tower was topped out in December 2009 and ranks as Dubai's seventh-tallest residential building and the world's twentieth-tallest.
