The Moller Villa, located at 30 South Shanxi Road in Shanghai's former French Concession, is a colonial-era mansion built in 1936 by Swedish shipping magnate Eric Moller. Its distinctive design blends Tudor Revival and Gothic Revival styles, featuring brown-tiled gables, spires, and steeples that create a striking romantic silhouette. Designated a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level, the villa underwent renovation beginning in 2001 by the Hengshan Group, which preserved its original architectural character. The building now operates as a hotel.
