Monomizuka Kofun is a keyhole-shaped burial mound located in the Shimoichinose neighborhood of Minami-Alps, Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan's Tōkai region. Dating to the early-middle Kofun period, it exemplifies the zenpō-kōen-fun architectural type characteristic of that era. The site was designated a Yamanashi Prefecture Historic Site in 1988.
