The Never Turn Back is a Grade II listed public house in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk, designed by A. W. Ecclestone and completed in 1956, opening the following year. Built in the Art Deco and Streamline Moderne styles, it was conceived as a memorial to the nine lifeboatmen who perished in the Caister lifeboat disaster of 1901. Ecclestone, who served as chief surveyor for Norfolk brewers Lacons, brought modernist architectural language to this commemorative structure, blending stylistic innovation with local historical significance.
