The New Manege is a multifunctional building in Moscow's Tverskoy District, constructed in 1995 by architect Vladimir Sher in the Russian Revival style. Originally serving as the city's first electrical power station, the structure was later repurposed as an art gallery and garage, reflecting the adaptive uses common to Moscow's evolving urban landscape. Today it holds the status of a regional cultural heritage site in Russia, preserving both its architectural significance and its role in the city's early modernization.
