The Odd Fellows Building in Owensboro, Kentucky, is a three-story structure erected in 1895 that exemplifies the architectural ambitions of the Gilded Age. Designed in an eclectic blend of Beaux Arts and Italian Renaissance Revival styles, it stands as one of downtown Owensboro's most architecturally complex buildings. Built to serve the local Odd Fellows chapter—whose membership numbered 125 men at the time—the structure housed the fraternal lodge on its top floor while maintaining commercial purposes throughout: retail space occupied the ground level and professional offices the second story. This mixed-use arrangement proved enduring, with the commercial functions persisting long after the building's completion. The Odd Fellows Building was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986 as part of a comprehensive multiple resources study of historic Owensboro properties.
