The Municipal Building in Oneonta, New York, is a three-story masonry structure completed in 1906 in the Beaux-Arts style, distinguished by an ornate façade of painted brick and terra cotta. Its design is anchored by a central tetrastyle pavilion in the Ionic order that dominates the upper floors. Originally serving as the city's municipal seat, the building housed local government until 1980, when operations relocated to the Old Post Office building. A neocolonial clock tower was added to the roof in 1978. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, it now stands within the Oneonta Downtown Historic District, established in 2003.
