Located at 235–251 Sunrise Avenue in Palm Beach, Florida, the Palm Beach Hotel is a four-story Mediterranean Revival structure built in 1925 by architect Mortimer Dickerson Metcalfe and constructed by Thomas R. Clarke. Originally designed as a hotel to replace an earlier building of the same name, the structure became vacant in 1969 and was converted into condominiums in 1981, a use it maintains today alongside the New Synagogue of Palm Beach, a Modern Orthodox congregation occupying part of the fourth floor. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.
