Panagia tou Kastrou, also known as Our Lady of the Castle, is a medieval Greek Orthodox church situated within the walled old town of Rhodes on the island of Rhodes in Greece's South Aegean region. Built around 1000 and constructed of brick and stone, it represents the largest surviving Byzantine church on the island and exemplifies the architectural style of its era, with later Gothic elements evident in its design. The church's long history reflects Rhodes's contested past: it has served variously as a Roman Catholic church and a Muslim mosque as the island passed under the control of different states and empires. Today it functions as both a place of worship and a museum.
