The Panum Building is a large brutalist complex completed in 1986 as part of the University of Copenhagen's North Campus, designed by Gert Edstrand, Eva Koppel, and Nils Koppel. It houses the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, including the Dental School, Faculty of Medicine, School of Oral Health Care, and School for Dental Technicians. The building contains extensive facilities such as a library, two canteens, lecture theatres, offices, student clubs, and a bookshop, along with Denmark's largest dental clinic, featuring approximately 230 treatment chairs. It was named after Danish physiologist Peter Ludvig Panum (1820–1885).
