Park Place Moscow is a Brutalist and Constructivist housing estate in Moscow designed by architects Leonid Vasilevitsj Vavakin and Yakov Belopolsky. Built as a residential complex for expatriates, the development exemplifies the stark geometric forms and bold concrete masses characteristic of Soviet modernist architecture, merging the utopian ideals of Constructivism with the austere aesthetic of Brutalism.
