Pavilion No. 26 Transport at VDNKh in Moscow's Ostankinsky District is a Stalinist Empire–Art Deco structure completed in 1937 and designed by architects Mikhail Adolʹfovich Minkus and Vyacheslav Oltarzhevsky. Built as part of the All-Union Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy, the pavilion exemplifies the grandiose architectural vocabulary of Stalin-era state exhibitions, blending imperial monumentality with streamlined modernist elements characteristic of 1930s Soviet design. Designated as a federal cultural heritage site in Russia, it stands as a testament to both the aesthetic ambitions and propagandistic purposes of Soviet exhibition architecture.
