The Peterson–Dumesnil House is a Victorian-Italianate mansion in the Crescent Hill neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky. Built in the late nineteenth century as one of the substantial country estates erected by wealthy Louisvillians east of the city, it remains the closest such property to downtown. Its proximity to the urban center, combined with its architectural significance, led to its listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
