Pinecroft, a Tudor Revival estate in Cincinnati's Mount Airy neighborhood, was designed by architect Dwight James Baum for Powel Crosley Jr., the industrialist and Cincinnati Reds owner best known for manufacturing the Crosley car. Located at 2366 Kipling Avenue, the property exemplifies the architectural style favored by early twentieth-century American industrialists and was recognized with listing on the National Register of Historic Places in December 2008. The estate reflects both Baum's accomplished residential design work and Crosley's prominence in American business and sports history.
