Prangins Castle, constructed in 1732 in the canton of Vaud, is a Swiss heritage site of national significance. The château now houses one division of the Swiss National Museum, complementing collections held in Zurich and Schwyz. Its exhibitions emphasize domestic life within the castle and the surrounding region, alongside displays of Swiss history, complemented by rotating temporary exhibitions and cultural programming. Visitors can enjoy refreshments at an on-site café, while the terrace affords views across Lake Geneva toward the Alps.
