Trautenfels Castle, located in the municipality of Pürgg-Trautenfels in Styria's Liezen district, sits dramatically on a cliff above the Enns River at 673 meters elevation, beneath the Grimming mountain. Built in 1672, the castle combines Gothic architectural elements and now functions as both a chapel and art museum. As a listed heritage object in Austria, it remains a notable example of Baroque-era castle construction in the Alpine region.
