Premabhai Hall is an abandoned public theater in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, designed by renowned architect Balkrishna Doshi. Opened in 1972, the building exemplifies Brutalist architecture with its bold, sculptural concrete forms characteristic of the style. The theater fell into disuse in 1997 and remains closed, representing both a significant work of Indian modernist design and a monument to the changing cultural landscape of the old city.
