Tagore Theatre in Sector 18, Chandigarh, is a cultural performance venue designed by architect Aditya Prakash, who served as principal of Chandigarh College of Architecture and contributed to the city's Capital Project Team under Le Corbusier's direction. The building exemplifies brutalist architecture, the architectural language that defined much of Chandigarh's mid-century development. Prakash's involvement in the city's foundational design initiatives extended beyond this major cultural institution to residential commissions, including Kailash Bhavan in the same sector.
