Situated on a hilltop in Larkspur, Colorado, the Reginald Sinclaire House is a two-story Pueblo Revival residence built in 1931–32 for aviator Reginald Sinclaire, a decorated World War I pilot with the Lafayette Flying Corps and member of the Colorado Aviation Hall of Fame. Set at the crest of a mile-long driveway off Perry Park Road in Douglas County, the main house anchored Sinclaire's 4,500-acre horse ranch from 1932 to 1965. The property, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, comprises five contributing buildings, three non-contributing buildings, and five contributing structures, forming a substantial historic complex.
