The Rich-Steeper House, at 415 S. Main St. in Centerville, Utah, is a one-and-a-half-story yellow brick residence built in 1908. Its design represents a transitional moment between Victorian and Bungalow forms, combining the central-block-with-projecting-bays type with bungalow elements and Neoclassical stylings. The south-facing front gables feature Palladian-style windows with decorative muntins in the upper sashes of the flanking windows. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997, the house exemplifies early twentieth-century domestic architecture in Utah.
